Reservation Policy
All reservations are guaranteed subject to written confirmation. Harmel's takes reservations via email or phone. They need a deposit to hold the reservation due within 10 days. Usually, they ask for a 30% deposit, but for larger parties and other special functions they may ask for 50%. The rest of your bill is payable upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded in full if such written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival (groups require 90 days prior to arrival). Should any circumstance dictate the necessity to cancel on less than 30 days notice (60 for groups) or a situation arises whereby guests would have late arrivals or early departures, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation. However, Harmel's will make every effort to sell the reserved space and refund deposits, less a 10% handling fee.
