Additional Rate Info	Harmel's has three flexible plans to choose from! Fisherman's Holiday is the basic cabin rate and you can add on to that with the American Plan, or the Run of the Ranch package - the AP & RR rates are per person - double occupancy. Flexibility is what they strive for, so that you may plan your ranch vacation around the activities and events that each of you enjoy. Accordingly, you may start your vacation at Harmel's on any day of the week. There is a three-night minimum stay on any of the plans: Fisherman's Holiday (FH), American Plan (AP), and Run of the Ranch (RR). Run of the Ranch Includes: Accommodations, three meals per day including Harmel's cookouts and ranch entertainment, unlimited trail rides, junior wranglers program, unlimited half-day rides, choice of one: overnight pack trip OR all-day wilderness ride for every seven-night stay, hay rides, Harmel's children's programs, private fishing permits, choice of one: two-hour guided fishing trip OR two-hour fly fishing lesson for every three-night stay, daily maid service, airport transfers and luggage handling, and a choice of one: whitewater rafting trip OR 50-minute therapeutic massage for every three-night stay. American Plan Includes: Accommodations, three meals per day including Harmel's cookouts and ranch entertainment, private fishing permits, and daily maid service. Fisherman's Holiday (Basic Cabin Rate) Includes: Accommodations, Harmel's cookouts and ranch entertainment (during on season only), private fishing permits, daily towel and trash service.
Accommodations	All of Harmel’s guest accommodations are modern, beautifully appointed, and strategically located on the ranch. There are 37 different units with a total of a 150-guest capacity. 17 of the units have kitchens and all units are equipped with refrigerators and coffee makers. All linens and towels are furnished and kitchens are fully equipped awaiting your arrival. All units are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. No matter what plan you have opted for, all of their accommodations are available to you and all of the guests are welcome to eat in the dining room. The units are occupied according to the size of your party and guest’s desires. There are 22 different floor plans accommodating from one to nine guests. Harmel's demands the highest housekeeping standards in the industry. You can expect clean accommodations and well-stocked coffee and accoutrements.
Dining	Harmel's welcomes you to share the beautiful dining room overlooking the Taylor River. Flexible dining hours allow you to enjoy exquisite western cuisine at your leisure. From being seated at your individual table by the gracious wait-staff, through the last scrumptious morsel of dessert, you’ll agree that Harmel’s has the best chuck wagon around.

Children's Programs	Children’ Program (Kids Ages 4–12) Harmel’s loves kids! They will take nature hikes, arts and crafts, visit the horses, swimming pool day, fishing... The kids start each day meeting in the recreation lounge in the morning or afternoon session so that you can plan the more adventurous activities while the kids are in their programs. Junior Wrangler’s Program (Kids Ages 8 and Up) Junior Wranglers get up early and join Harmel’s ranch hands for breakfast in the dining room. Each day children may work at the stables as a junior wrangler. They will learn how to halter, brush, feed, saddle, and care for the horses. They will have the opportunity to ride on the trials as an assistant guide. This is a wonderful program for children interested in learning about horses and gaining hands-on experience at the stables. The kids can join the wranglers for half day or for a full day. This program is included in the Run of the Ranch Plan. Babysitting In the Children’s Program not all of the activities will be appropriate for all children. Some activities in the Children’s Program are for more advanced ages. They offer babysitting by the hour to accommodate those kids as well as infants and toddlers.
Special Entertainment	After a day of activities from mild to wild or just outdoor fun, relax and be entertained all seven days of the week (during on season only). Peter Dunda polkas, Walt Crannor's square dance, Sweet Willie & the Kitchen Pickers Bluegrass Band, and more.
Additional Info	GOLD MEDAL FISHING! Harmel's Ranch Resort's trophy fishery is known as "Rainbow Heaven". Fed by high mountain lakes (Taylor and Spring Creek Reservoirs) these waters are at the confluence of Spring Creek and Beaver Creek and the famous Taylor River. At 8,412 feet and surrounded by the 1.6-million-acre Gunnison National Forest, Harmel's has private rivers, streams, beaver ponds, and stocked "kids pond" to choose from. You'll catch BIG FISH, Rainbow, German Brown, Cutthroat, and Brookies, right out your cabin door. Harmel's guides are equipped to satisfy your every fishing need and desire. Fly and tackle shop located in the Country Store. Sorry, the ranch does not sell CO State Fishing Licenses.

Reservation Policy All reservations are guaranteed subject to written confirmation. Harmel's takes reservations via email or phone. They need a deposit to hold the reservation due within 10 days. Usually, they ask for a 30% deposit, but for larger parties and other special functions they may ask for 50%. The rest of your bill is payable upon check-out. Cancellation Policy Deposits will be refunded in full if such written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival (groups require 90 days prior to arrival). Should any circumstance dictate the necessity to cancel on less than 30 days notice (60 for groups) or a situation arises whereby guests would have late arrivals or early departures, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation. However, Harmel's will make every effort to sell the reserved space and refund deposits, less a 10% handling fee.
