During winter, they receive over 300 inches of snow so there will never be a dull moment. But if you enjoy a slower pace, there are also groomed trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing within two miles.

Do not forget horseback rides! Steamboat Lake Outfitters offers many different outings for everybody. From one-hour to full-day tours with everything in-between, the choice is yours.

And finally for summer there are pack trips... the ultimate in western wilderness adventure. Head out on horseback, cook over an open fire, stop for fishing, and enjoy the wildlife. Join Steamboat for a two, three, four, or five-day trip.

With the country store and restaurant you will never be hungry. The restaurant has good home cooking that will replenish you after a hard day of play. While at the country store you can purchase your sundries for a day on the go.
