Reservation Policy
Houseboats: To reserve, a pre-payment of $500 per boat is required at the time of booking to secure the dates/units of your choice. The remaining balance is due in full no later than forty-five days prior to the date of arrival.
Small Boats: A pre-payment equal to the published daily rate, plus sales tax, is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than forty-five days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Houseboats
Cancellation Policy: In the event a cancellation is necessary written notice is required 45 days prior to departure. A charge equal to one-half of the pre-payment for houseboats for any cancellation made 45 days or more prior to the arrival date will be charged. Inside of 45 days of arrival, no refund, unless trip protection has been purchased.
Processing Fee: Transfer of dates or pre-payments may be made 45 days prior to the original date in the same calendar year for a $100 processing fee.
Exception: Once confirmed, any reservation scheduled during a holiday rental period does not qualify for a refund of any money, even if it is cancelled according to published guidelines.
Trip Protection: A trip protection guarantee may be purchased outside of 45 days prior to arrival. This protection ensures a refund of rental minus a $100.00 processing fee for emergency cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside of 45 days prior to arrival. This fee may be waived if the rental is re-scheduled, but an additional trip protection guarantee must be purchased on the new reservation. Due to the limited availability of rental equipment during holiday rental periods, trip protection is not offered.
Damage/Security Deposit: A signed liability statement and a valid credit card are required at check-in. Failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of the rental without refund.
