The Moose's Nook Northern Grill

The Emerald Lounge & Patio
Unwind after the day with a cocktail in the Emerald Lounge, a room that evokes the senses of relaxation. The opulent, sophisticated setting, with its timeless views of Lac Beauvert and Whistler’s Mountain, provides the backdrop for sipping fine wines and liquors from around the world. Very little has changed in the scene outside these windows and very little has altered inside the Emerald Lounge. There are plush couches to sink into, big comfortable arm chairs for reading or conversation, and warm peanuts to nibble.
Meet your dinner companions at the Emerald Lounge for a leisurely cocktail or simply lounge and enjoy one of the appetizers or entrees from the menu. It’s a timeless place for people with nothing but time to relax.

Menu selections are light-hearted with a European accent. A casual atmosphere and friendly service energize the scene. Start each morning with a la carte and buffet breakfasts, or have dinner complimented with a fantastic menu and superb wine list.
Open for breakfast from 6am to 11:30am daily and for dinner from 6pm to 11pm.

Palisade Lounge

Fitzhugh’s To Go specializes in Canadian themed gourmet foods and gifts, and offers a selection of fresh-made sandwiches from fine European and Canadian meats and cheeses displayed behind the counter, as well as a variety of tasteful salads, various fruits and gourmet yogurts.
For dessert anytime, let your taste buds wander over the fresh-baked pastries and bakery goods or their famous banana bread. For those who want to take a piece of the mountains home with them, select from a wide selection of unique gift items or try their own blend of trail mix. ‘To Go’ option, will allow you to enjoy fine foods during your travels in the great outdoors or in the comfort of your room.
