Conference Facilities
The meeting facilities for Red Mountain are located in the Canyon Breeze Building. The largest room is the Snow Canyon Room with a total of 2,183 square feet. The Canyon Conference Room features a permanent screen for projection. There are two fireplace rooms. The seasonal outside terrace offers spectacular surrounding views for evening functions. The facilities can accommodate 6-150 persons.

A perfect location ... Red Mountain Spa will assist you in actively tailoring an event to best suit your meeting needs, including food and beverage or meeting space requirements. The resort’s staff can also assist you in arranging for private group hikes, team building initiatives and workshops, stress management classes and spa services to relax and rejuvenate.
In addition, your group will enjoy all of the programs offered to guests including hiking, cycling, group fitness classes, lifestyle education, wellness workshops and cooking demonstrations. The nicest part - a very informal atmosphere to mix business and pleasure.
In addition to delicious, healthy cuisine, the resort staff can assist you on suggestions for tailored luncheons and dinners. If you have a special request in mind, please let your group manager know and they will do everything they can to accommodate your group needs.

Optional Programs: - Team Building Program - The purpose of Red Mountain’s Team Building Program is to instill a sense of self-worth among individuals within the team and to develop an improved team spirit and cohesiveness of team members.
- Stress Reduction Program - Learn to live fully at work and let work “work” for your group. This mindfulness-based stress reduction training can be an effective and powerful tool for promoting health and well being in the workplace. Rediscover the passion and purpose in the workplace and discover the skills to live life fully, peacefully and joyfully at work and beyond. These trainings will be primarily experiential and skill building, while approached in a comfortable, non-threatening manner.
