Objectives of the Eat Well, Feel Well Culinary School: - To create cooks with a conscience who cannot only recreate the dishes born at Red Mountain Spa, but learn the solid principles of healthy cooking.
- Getting great results baking through healthy substitutions for eggs and oils.
- Learning to generalize recipes into templates, to unlimited possibilities.
- Recreating Red Mountain Spa salad dressings and sauces as well as creating new ones.
- Learning about flavor extraction and texture enhancement to make spa food more satisfying that ever thought possible.
- Learning to plan effective and health efficient menus.
Format: Four two-hour sessions, taught by Red Mountain chefs and nutritionist in the teaching kitchen.
