Day 1: ArrivalPuerto Montt, Los Lagos, Chile
An H2O Patagonia representative will meet you at the Futaleufu airport, before whisking you away to our 175-acre riverside ranch on the mighty Futaleufu River. Once settled, you'll meet your kayaking guides who will prepare you for the week's adventures on the Futaleufu River.
Day 2: Kayaking The Futaleufu River, Inferno CanyonFutaleufu River, Patagonia, Chile
Today, launch at the ranch and kayak downstream to Inferno Canyon. This section is the perfect mix of gorgeous pools punctuated by stomping whitewater. At the confluence of the Rio Azul, call it a day and return to the luxury and comfort of Antucamay.
Day 3: Canyoning & RaftingEspolon River, Patagonia, Chile
If you've ever dreamed of being a kid again, canyoning is for you. Canyoning is the hybrid of water-sports and mountain climbing. Rappel down waterfalls, leap into turquoise pools, zoom down water slides, and crawl through tiny caverns. After canyoning, you'll spend the afternoon rafting down the Espolon, a stunning tributary of the Futaleufu.
Day 4: Kayaking The Futaleufu River, Terminator Section, Class 4-5Futaleufu River, Patagonia, Chile
The continuous Class IV-V action of this section will keep your full attention. Breaks are few and far between until we reach the take-out. Then, it's back to the ranch for some well-deserved relaxation!
Day 5: Personal DayFutaleufu Valley, Patagonia, Chile
Today, the choice is yours. We give you a moment to rest your paddling muscles while others get a workout. Go canyoning, horseback riding, hiking, rafting, or simply relax in a hammock by the river.
Day 6: Hike & Float Upper FutaleufuFutaleufu River, Patagonia, Chile
Today, your morning is spent trekking through an awe-inspiring nature preserve along the Upper Futaleufu River. Later, you'll paddle inflatable kayaks back down to Antucamay. Your night is spent dining on exquisite food and relaxing in the spa.
Day 7: Kayaking The Futaleufu River, Pasarella - Casa De Empanadas, Class 3-4Futaleufu River, Patagonia, Chile
Your adventurous week closes with a bang! World-class rapids are interspersed with calm pools on this final day of kayaking. At night, celebrate the week's adventures with a traditional Chilean barbecue called Asado.
Day 8: DeparturePuerto Montt, Los Lagos, Chile
After a hearty breakfast and a farewell to your guides, we will make the beautiful drive back to the airport for a scenic flight home.
