This unit is has three floors. The first floor has the layout of the kitchen, the living room, half bathroom, laundry area, dining area and also a balcony that oversees the beach and the pool area. The second floor has the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor has a trundle daybed and the open roof terrace that also has the view that overlooks the ocean and the pool area and of the Crescent Cove area.

There are many local attractions near Palmas del Mar that are worth a visit. Reservation Policy
25% of the amount is charged to your VISA or Master Card to reserve the property. Payment of the pending balance is due 60 days (date of check in) before arrival via check or money order only. Reservations that fail to comply will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with 90 or more prior to your arrival (check in date) will have reimbursement of the deposit, except 25% processing fee (never less than $50.00). Cancellations made with in 60 days of your arrival will have a 50% reimbursement. If the cancellation notice falls short of 30 days, no refund will be made. All cancellations should be made by writing, via mail, email or fax.
*In case of major medical emergency a 75% credit for another stay will be given. Evidence will be required.
