25% of the amount is charged to your VISA or Master Card to reserve the property. Payment of the pending balance is due 60 days (date of check-in) before arrival via check or money order only. Reservations that fail to comply will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with 90 or more prior to your arrival (check in date) will have reimbursement of the deposit, except 25% processing fee (never less than $50.00). Cancellations made with in 60 days of your arrival will have a 50% reimbursement. If the cancellation notice falls short of 30 days, no refund will be made. All cancellations should be made by writing, via mail, email or fax. *In case of mayor medical emergency a 75% credit for another stay will be given. Evidence will be required.
