Reservation Policy
All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to the reservations department. The request must indicate passenger’s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type. Policies are valid for rooms only.?br>?br>
Check in time is at 2:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am. After 2:00pm DayStar Properties will charge a $10 per hour of one room night rate and the full night rate if check out is occurs after 6:00pm.?br>?br>
Children (8 years old or under) do not pay extra if staying in the same room with adults. Children (over 8 years old) will pay regular rate plus taxes per night if staying in the same room with adults. Children cannot stay alone in a room (unless otherwise prearranged). Pets are not allowed.?br>?br>
Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via fax or e-mail in the reservations office. If refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. For the latter the following cancellation policies will apply. Refunds, if applicable will be made upon receipt of written cancellation; refunds will be made as per the following:?br>?br>
Green Season (April 16–December 15,2009):?br> ?li>From 15 days prior clients arrival: US$60 as penalty fee and the rest will be refundable. ?li>From 14 to 8 days prior arrival: one-night penalty (taxes included, 16.39%). ?li>Within 7 days or No-show are not refundable.?/li>?br>?br>
High Season (January 4-April 15, 2009):?br> ?li>From 30 days prior clients’ arrival: US$60 penalty and the balance will be refundable. ?li>From 29 to 21 days prior clients arrival: one-night penalty (tax included, 16.39%). ?li>Within 20 days prior clients arrival or No Shows are non refundable.?/li>?br>?br>
Christmas Peak (December 16, 2009–January 3, 2010):?br> ?li>90 days prior Clients’ arrival: US$60 penalty and the balance will be refundable. ?li>From 89 days prior clients arrival: 50% of the total amount is non refundable. ?li>Within 45 days prior client’s arrival or No Shows are not refundable.?/li>?br>?br>
Eastern Peak (April 5–12, 2009):?br> ?li>90 days prior Clients’ arrival: US$60 penalty and the balance will be refundable. ?li>From 89 days prior clients arrival: 50% of the total amount is non refundable. ?li>Within 45 days prior client’s arrival or No Shows are not refundable.?/li>
