$200 refundable Security Deposit plus one third rental fee to reserve; full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks okay for US residents 45 days prior to arrival; all other payments are required to be cashier's check, registered check or money order; electronic transfers may be arranged.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelling more than 60 days in advance of arrival, $50 cancellation fee will be retained. If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival and the unit is rented at the same rate to others, a $75 cancellation fee will be retained. If the property is not rented with reasonable, diligent efforts, the entire deposit (Security plus one third rent) will be retained.
